The SIMM Management System, it's engines, pages, skins, mods, and all other content distributed in conjunction with the project by means of the Anodyne Productions and affiated organizations are the intellectual property of their creators, and are protected under the International Intellectual Property Law and the Berne Union for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Property (Berne Convention). The SIMM Management System and other files provided by Anodyne Productions may not, in part or in entirety, be modified or redistributed without expressed permission of Anodyne Productions, with the exception of items contained in the ../skins/ folder of the SIMM Management System that are authored by David VanScott and other designers affiliated with Anodyne Productions; all other skins and downloads on this site are protected under the same set of restrictions as the SMS.
A copywrite notification must be present in all existing copies of the SIMM Management System, and be readily available on all pages rendered by the system; under no circumstance may any page rendered by the system, in a restricted or general capacity, not possess a copywrite notification. Permanent credits may not be edited or removed under any circumstances. The system may be used for educational, entertainment, or other such needs, but may not be used for commercial gain, nor for malicious intent.
By downloading any file from this or affiliated website, you agree to all the terms above here described. Anodyne Productions shall have the right, at its sole discretion to modify, add, or remove any terms or conditions to these Terms of Use without notice or liability to you, the user, and it is your responsibility to fit within the above mentioned terms. Anodyne Productions reserves the right to refuse any party the ability to use the system, and at its sole discression may require that an End User terminate their usage of the product.

The SIMM Management System and related products are for non-profit purposes only and are not intended to facilitate financial or illicit aims. The usage of the SMS is restricted as such, and it is provided to you solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, as long as usage remains within the Terms of Use outlined above. Further, the user of the SIMM Management System and related products is responsible for all content contained on his/her personal copy of the SMS; Anodyne Productions and its affiliated mirrors are not responsible for the content contained within copies of the SMS, though failure to conform to the terms of use may cause Anodyne Productions to take a legal course of action against yourself and your associated SIMM group.

Infringement (against Anodyne)
Parties infringing upon the copywrite outlined above may be prosectuted to the full extent of the Berne Convention (in abiding countries) along with suffering legal recourse in the parties' particular place of residence. In the event that a visitor suspects infringement against Anodyne Production's copywrite as outlined above, an email should be directed to Anodyne Legal detailing the suspected infringement against the organizations or affiliated groups/sites.
Infringement (by Anodyne)
In the event that a copywrite infringement is suspected on our part, and inquiry should be filed with Anodyne containing an electronic signature of the person(s) upon whose copywrite has been allegedly infringed, identification of the infringement, identification of the original work, a statement that the complaining party (should it be someone besides the author of the infringed work) has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not approved by the copywrite owner, its agents or the law, and a statement under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice of copyright infringement is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed (should be someone besides the infringed). A valid email address must be provided as a method of contact with a complaining party.
